Want to learn how to gain thousands of followers within a week?
It's easy, head over to google. Type in depop bots. There are many good working bots that have free 7 to 14-day trials. Pick one them and add it to chrome.
You don't need to worry about them taking your details as they're all legitimate and are only chrome extensions.
Once they've been added to chrome, head over to your depop profile. Here you have your dashboard. All the dashboards of each bot tend to have the same features. Some with fee calculators and some without.
The main features are that they follow and unfollow. Some also do mass messaging so when you have a small sale on, you can alert your followers that, which gets more attention.
Whilst this may get you a few extra sales, it's extremely annoying for the people that aren't interested at all in your small sale.
So this it's not recommended.
The main use is the follow and unfollow. If you go to your search bar and enter a keyword linked to your store, for example vintage.
Then click on one of the top posts and find an account which says a lot of items have been sold.
If they have a lot of items sold, they tend to have a mass following.
Start the following bot on them. You can leave it run all day and night until it reaches the max following of 7501. Then leave it a day or two, hopefully you get some sales, then come back and unfollow all your followers and repeat the steps on another, large account.
The reason we do this is because a lot of people on depop like to follow for follow. After following about 7500 people, you tend to get a 14 percent return. So about 1000 followers back.
Having mass following makes your store look more legitimate so people will want to buy from you, hence increasing your sales.
Next you want to create a nice looking logo. Try and not overthink it. Your logo isn’t going to be the next google or amazon and even then they took years to perfect a simplistic logo. The best design is colourful with a clear store title. Even the simplest light blue background and curved writing is an eye catching logo.
In order to catch people’s attention on depop, you want to create a professional looking store. Add a short bio. For example you could simply say. Bundle shipping is on. Message me for discounts. Buyers look for quick things to read.
Next, you want to create eye catching pictures. Many people either sell clothes or accessories on depop. For clothes you don’t want to lay them out on your bed. Lay them on a white sheet or green sheet or some sheet with a solid colour. Go over to this website: remove.bg. Upload your images and this will remove the backgrounds. Then go over to this free editing software: photopea. This allows you to edit photos. In it’s simplest sense it allows you to add a coloured background. Add faded colours. No dark red or dark blue. Add beige or light yellow. This adds a warm feature to your store.
Finally, your description needs to be set out perfectly. Personally I go through all my items and write them into notes on my phone or onto paper. Set all the descriptions out into the same layout and make sure to include all the necessary details. If they are marked then say they are marked as you don’t want people asking to refund as many people try to scam sellers. Paypal will almost always favour the buyer.
As a last note, keep shipping consistent. If you sell something light, make people pay the same as something heavy. Ship via royal mail 2nd class signed for. Always signed for. It’s an easy £4.
